We will allow the exchange for any unopened item within 14 days of receipt. An invoice sheet with more information on returning your prodcuts will be placed in your package. We DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES FOR OPENED ITEMS.

We ship every Sunday for most items, so that we can coordinate the orders and ensure the freshness of your gloss. In most cases, boxes are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
